SHIPPING & TRACKING
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we are pleased to offer free shipping across Canada on orders of $95 or more! We also offer $15 flat rate shipping on all orders within Alberta and on orders of $45 or more across Canada (before taxes and after discount codes have been applied). Both offers are automatically applied at checkout and only available through Canada Post Expedited Parcel.
Do you offer free local pickup?
Yes! We are now pleased to offer free local pickup at one of our stockists, Party Chef in Sylvan Lake, AB. You will receive an email letting you know when your order has been dropped off at their location. You will then be able to pick up your package any time that works for you during their regular business hours. Please bring your Order Confirmation number with you and provide it to their staff at the checkout counter to pick up your package. We kindly ask that you pick up your package within 14 days of receiving your "Ready for Pickup" email.
When will my order ship and when will it be delivered? Do you offer express shipping?
Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be prepared, in addition to the estimated shipping time provided at checkout. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped. Currently, we offer the following shipping options through Canada Post:
Canada-wide:
- Free Shipping on orders $95+ (Expedited Parcel)
- $15 Flat Rate Shipping on orders $45+ (Expedited Parcel)
- Expedited Parcel, Xpresspost or Priority (Rates & shipping times calculated at checkout)
Alberta:
- Free Shipping on orders $95+ (Expedited Parcel)
- $15 Flat Rate Shipping on all orders (Expedited Parcel)
- Xpresspost or Priority (Rates & shipping times calculated at checkout)
You will be able to select your preferred shipping option at checkout.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, all orders include tracking information. We will send you an email with your tracking number when your order ships.
Can I change my shipping address?
If we have already mailed out your order, unfortunately we will not be able to modify your shipping address. However, if we have not shipped your order yet, please fill out our contact form or send us an email and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
I haven’t received my order yet, but my tracking information says it has been “delivered.”
We kindly ask that you first check your tracking history to see if your order is being held at a nearby Canada Post office. Once you have confirmed that your order is not in your mailbox or at a nearby Canada Post office, please fill out our contact form or send us an email and we will do our best to help you locate your items.

Where do you ship?
Currently, we only ship within Canada. If you would like to receive our products, but live in another country, please share your interest with us by filling out our contact form or sending us an email!
ORDER INFORMATION
Will I receive an order confirmation email?
Yes! After you have placed your order, you will receive an email with your order number confirming that we have received your order. Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be prepared, in addition to the estimated shipping time provided at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
What if I need to change or cancel my order? Can I change my shipping address?
Unfortunately, we will not be able to modify your order or shipping address if we have already mailed out your order. However, if we have not shipped your order out yet, please fill out our contact form or send us an email and we will do our best to accommodate your request. If we are able to cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Sorry, we do not offer returns or exchanges at this time.
DAMAGED, MISSING OR INCORRECT ITEMS
While we do our absolute best to ensure that orders are packaged carefully and correctly, we know that mistakes sometimes happen. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or disappointment caused by a damaged or incorrect order and will be happy to do what we can to remedy the situation. Please fill out our contact form or send us an email with the following information:
- Name & order number
- Photo of the damaged or incorrect item
- Brief description of the damage or indication of which item is incorrect or missing
We will then review your email, order and any included photos. If we are able to determine that your order has been damaged, is missing an item or contains an incorrect item, we will offer to send you either a replacement item (product and shipping costs at our expense) or a refund for that item. Whenever possible, we will send you the same item you had ordered if a replacement is requested. If the item you ordered happens to be out of stock, you will be offered the choice of selecting a different item of equal or lesser value.

At Navigate Studio, our goods are designed, printed and made in Canada. We strive to utilize ethical and sustainable practices in in the creation of both our products and packaging. We are committed to continually searching for innovative ways to improve our goods, packaging and processes, with the goals of further minimizing our environmental impact and expanding our ability to help empower communities and conservation organizations. CUSTOM PRINTS
Looking for a custom size, alternative paper finish (e.g. glossy) or different type of printing surface (e.g. canvas)? Please fill out our contact form or email us with what you have in mind and we will get back to you with a quote. If you decide to move forward, we will work together to create your own beautiful custom home or business decor, while doing our best to uphold our commitment to more ethical and sustainable processes.
We will provide you with digital proofs of your items before ordering them. Once we have received your approval, we will require full payment of your items before ordering and shipping them to you. While we will do our best to ensure you are satisfied with your order, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns on custom orders.
